How do meal preps work?

New items will be announced every Wednesday by 7 pm.

Place your order here by Saturday at 7 pm.

We tally up orders and calculate ingredients on Saturday, grocery shop on Sundays, cook on Mondays, and you can pick up your items anytime from Tuesday morning on.

Yes ... we're now closed on Mondays and open Tuesday-Sundays.
